Site Management

Site communication is essential to the success of any project. GRS is in continuous communication with every study site, starting with the collection of regulatory documents and continuing throughout enrollment, follow-up and project completion. GRS Project Managers and CRAs institute training programs for all site staff to ensure adherence to the protocol as well as timely patient recruitment. In addition, weekly teleconferences are scheduled throughout the project.
